They are both equipped with 12 advanced automatic assembly lines, 6 state -of- the- art automatic motor production lines,digital controlled lathes, specialized engineering machines, machining centers, world-class laboratory and data center. The specialized engineering machines independently researched and developed by KYT team ensure higher precision and efficiency.The monthly production capacity is up to 400,000PCS because KYT carries out TPS management with Digital management platforms. Digital management platforms provide strong support making the wholeprocess traceable and continuously increasing production efficiency. We have invested millions of dollars to build the world-class laboratory and testing center, including loading & unloading endurance testing, performance testing, temperature rising testing,EMC testing, cable bending testing, switch testing, dust proof testing and so on .In addition to the necessary quality control procedures, 3PCS production samples will be randomly selected from the assembly lines to do full performance test make sure the consistency and high reliability when every 10,000PCS units produced.
